The 700Y 45°Angle ceramic corrugated structured packing has φ3-φ7mm holes on the corrugated plate, which can distribute the liquid on the thin sheet coarsely, strengthen the transverse mixing, enhance the liquid distribution and the wetting performance of the packing, and improve the mass transfer efficiency.

In this way, the void volume and specific surface area of corrugated packing are improved, the dispersion and energy of materials are further increased, and the resistance of the system is reduced, so that the liquid redistribution performance in the packing layer is enhanced, and the vapor-liquid dispersion performance is excellent. Compared with bulk packing and common ceramic plate corrugated packing under the same conditions, the void fraction increases by 6-9%, the specific contact surface area increases by 16-18%, and the resistance decreases by 11-12%. Because the product has high and uniform voidage and large specific surface area, it can effectively cut off dust, fine particle impurities, heavy metals and other solid material impurities in various raw materials.
