Copper knitted wire mesh, also called copper gas-liquid filter mesh, its wire range: 0.10mm-0.55mm (commonly used wire warp is: 0.20mm-0.25mm). The wire can be round wires and flat wires. And the structure can be single wire knitted and multi-strand knitted.

2. Copper knitted mesh has better corrosion resistance than 0Cr19Ni9 in seawater and other media. Mainly used as a pitting-resistant material, brass gas-liquid filters are also often used on ships.
3. Copper knitted mesh has good corrosion resistance in any concentration of sulfuric acid, formic acid, phosphoric acid, and mixed acid of formic acid and acetic acid.

Applications:

• Copper knitted mesh are mainly used for processing demisters to separate droplets in the gas. It can also be extruded for the manufacture of filter equipment.
• Copper knitted mesh can be used for shielding device for electronic and electrical products against electromagnetic interference.
