Metal flat ring is a kind of ring filler with short openings. The height to diameter ratio is about 1/3. The structure of the flat ring haniwa is similar to that of the step ring. The flanging of the step ring is eliminated, and the inner curved arc rib is used to improve the strength of the haniwa. It ensures the uniform orientation of packing and increases the density of packing. The inner curved rib makes the gas-liquid distribution in packing layer more uniform. The metal flat ring packing greatly improves the separation effect and has the advantages of high mass transfer rate, low bed resistance, large self-care ability, small backmixing and entraining, and not easy to scale.
