CPVC intalox saddle ring is an improvement of the arc saddle ring. The main difference lies in that a pair of arc-shaped surfaces are changed into rectangular ones, and the radius of curvature inside and outside is different, so as to avoid the disadvantage of easy stacking, make the porosity of the bed uniform, and improve the liquid distribution performance. The liquid distribution property of plastic saddle ring is higher than that of rasch ring or arc saddle ring, and the pressure drop and mass transfer unit height are lower
