RPP Intalox Ring Arc Surface Design Saddle Plastic Random Packing
RPP intalox ring has a large void rate, and the bed is mostly circular arc liquid channel, the gap in the packing layer is more continuous than the ring packing (especially than the rasch ring packing), which can make the gas flow upward mainly along the arc channel. The resistance of gas passing through the bed is reduced, and the radial diffusion coefficient of liquid flowing down is reduced. The shape of ceramic saddle ring is between ring and saddle, so it has the advantages of both.
