Screen defogger pads can be manufactured to any required size and shape and can be installed in new or existing process containers.

When steam and entrained droplets through the wire mesh defogger defogger, steam can be free through the mesh pad, but droplets due to large inertia, unable to make the necessary sharp turn, so contact with the wire mesh surface and briefly stay there. As more droplets enter the liner and collect on the wire, they increase in size, flow along the wire to the underside of the screen separator, and fall off the device.
