Wave Shape Oblique Type Higher Capacity Wire Mesh Demister Pad​

Introduction to wave-screen mist eliminator.

There e are many types of mat defogger, including plate type, oblique type, etc. The thickness of the mesh pad of the flat plate defogger is usually 100mm or 150mm. Simple structure, suitable for low speed and low fog speed airflow. Secondary entrainment occurs when the gas velocity is too high. The inclined type (sometimes also shown as a waveform demister) diverts captured droplets, leaving fewer droplets below the mesh pad. Therefore, the inclined demister has less resistance to the airflow passing through and is more difficult to cause secondary entrainer. It allows for higher speeds and fog content.

Wave Shape Wire Mesh Demister Applications:

Wire demisters of various styles and materials are available for all applications. By selecting the style based on the application, the wire demister fully demonstrates its performance matching the work conditions.

This demister is most appropriate for general purposes. When data such as the amount of flying and accompanying liquid and the size of water drops are clear, the effect is excellent. The demister is highly efficient even when, to a certain extent, the air flow is changed. A 100mm thick demister is used for distillation tower, evaporator and scrapper but the thickness can be increased to 150mm for higher efficiency.

Although the defogger is considered standard because it is used in so many fields, this model is robust and efficient. Demiggers are used where accompanying airborne droplets need to be minimized.
The defogger operates safely because it is designed to accommodate changes in gas or fluid flow rates. Typically, 100 mm mesh pads are used, but larger thickness pads are used where flow varies widely, thus increasing production.
