Blade assembly defogger working process:
When the fogged gas passes through the blade group defogger at a certain speed, the fog collides with the wave plate and adheres to the surface of the wave plate due to the inertial impact of the gas. The multiple folding structure of the wave plate of the defogger increases the chance of collecting fog. The uncollected fog will work repeatedly through the same function in the next round of catching, thus greatly improving the efficiency of the defogger. After the gas passes through the V-shaped defogger, there is basically no fog.
Blade assembly defogger structure:
The blade assembly defogger consists of a set of V-shaped corrugated plates with a well-defined geometry. It is very popular and useful in gas-liquid separation applications. Depending on design and shape, these plates can remove droplets larger than 8 microns.

Droplets shoot out of the gas at multiple gentle angles to minimize destructive vortices in the corners. The metal plate is held in place by a slotted frame with equal spacing. We care about the details of each application.
High quality:
As you walk on the finished blade assembly defogger, you can feel its strength and stiffness. Thicker steel plates resist vibration and have longer service life in corrosive and aggressive environments. Once installed in a container, little maintenance is required.
Lower pressure drop:
A flat board Angle means a lower pressure drop than a board with sharp corners and drainage hooks. Especially in some applications, such as vacuum towers, it can make a big difference.
Higher efficiency:
Reduced turbulence at the corner also means that secondary entrainment of the liquid discharged along the plate is minimized.
Generally, the removal efficiency of droplet with diameter of 20 micron and above is more than 90%. For droplets 40 micron and above, the removal efficiency can reach 99.9%.
Higher throughput:
It allows for higher air velocities than the mesh mat defogger without losing efficiency due to secondary enlistment.
Materials suitable for your craft:
The most common building materials are carbon steel, 304 and 316 stainless steel. But we understand your corrosion requirements and can supply other alloy or non-metal structures according to the order.
Hook plate for special application:
For PP materials, blade plates with small hooks are optional. For stainless steel materials, blades can be welded from one or more angles with a short hook. Some users prefer this style to help prevent liquid re-entrainment.
