Due to the elastomer core of the gasket, the braided wire mesh tube can be compressed with low to moderate forces to accommodate uneven surfaces and recover well after use. Due to its elasticity and low compression force, this knitted wire mesh is ideal for applications that require repeated opening and closing operations.
