700CY Chemical Tower Packing Metal Structured Packing For Fractional Distillation:
Introduction to Metal Structured Packing:
Metal mesh filler has good low load performance, theoretically more plates per meter, and the number of plates decreases with the increase of gas load. The packing can meet the requirements of precision, large and high vacuum distillation units, and provide convenient conditions for distillation and separation of some difficult to separate systems, heating systems and high purity products.
The corrugated metal plate packing is made of corrugated metal plate with grooves on the surface, which retains the structural characteristics of the metal mesh packing. The uniform distribution of liquid and surface wetting ability were strengthened and mass transfer efficiency was improved. The unit height of each coil is 50-200 mm. When the diameter is greater than 1.5 m, the packing is prepared in blocks.
Metal Structured Packing application:
Metal plate corrugated packing has the advantages of high flux, low resistance, high efficiency and strong resistance to plugging. Widely used in distillation, absorption and extraction unit operations, depending on the type of filler, minimum diameter 80-200mm, maximum diameter up to 13m, liquid spray density from 0.2-220m/m. Hr, pressure range from vacuum to high pressure. Used in chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, oil refining, petrochemical, natural gas and other industries high-efficiency structured packing. Theoretical plate number packing of high flux, low pressure drop, low load, good performance, flexible operation, not obvious amplification effect.
Used for distillation of fine chemicals, perfumery, isomer separation, difficult-to-separate systems, heat-sensitive substances and high-purity products, the separation effect is remarkable.
