125X Plastic Corrugated Plate Structured Packing for Scrubber Tower:
Plastic corrugated plate packing is a new type of corrugated packing, which has been successfully developed and applied to metal corrugated plate packing. In industry, it is also known as waste gas purification tower plastic structured corrugated packing, because this kind of packing since large-scale production, the most commonly used is exhaust tower and purification tower, the most commonly used is PP corrugated plate packing.

We often use it in various absorption and desorption device operations, such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid industry, natural gas industry, as well as environmentally friendly waste gas purification treatment and desorption degassings device, fluid processing capacity and separation efficiency have been greatly improved.
Plastic corrugated plate packing has the advantages of light specific gravity, large capacity, low pressure, large specific surface area and convenient replacement. Widely used in distillation, absorption, extraction and other unit operations. The heat resistance of the material reaches 100°C PP and 150°C PVDF. The packing surface will be perforated to improve mass transfer efficiency. If the separation requirements are not high, perforation may not be required, so the strength of the plate will increase. The main products are PP, PE, PVDF, PVC, RPVC, RPP and other materials
Application: widely used in absorption process, also suitable for waste gas treatment and heat exchange.
