Ki-67 is a kind of cell proliferation and antigen, which indicates the proliferation of cells. It is expressed in all active cell cycles (G1, S, G2 and mitosis), but not in G0 phase. Clinical data show that the Ki-67 proliferation index is closely related to the differentiation, invasion, metastasis and prognosis of many tumors.
