【Intended Use】

For the collection, transportation, and storage of samples.

【Components】

Consists of swabs and tubes containing storage fluid, etc.Non-sterile provision.

【Storage Conditions and Validity】

1. The sampling pipe shall be stored at temperature 4℃ ~35℃, keep in dark and dry place.

2. 18 months for shelf-life, please use before expiration date identified by the kit.

3. See bottle label for production date and Validity. The storage tube and sampling swab should be used immediately after opening.

【Sampling Methods】

1. Open the packaging box of the collection kit, take the corresponding sampling swab according to different sampling parts, tear it from the easy to tear mouth mark, and take it out. Nasopharynx is sampled according to the following methods, and others are sampled according to the relevant sampling requirements.

1.1 Throat sampling: first press the tongue with the tongue plate, and then extend the swab swab into the throat to wipe the bilateral pharyngeal tonsils and posterior pharyngeal wall, avoid touching the tongue, gently turn the wipe to fully sample.

1.2 Nasal sampling: the swab graft head is gently inserted into the nose and palate in the nasal canal, stay for 15-30 seconds and gently rotate 3-5 times, and pull out the swab. For bilateral nostrils samples, repeat with another swab.

After sampling, take out the storage tube, unscrew the tube cover, and put the sampling swab into the storage tube quickly.

1.2.1 Soak the sampling swab graft head in the storage fluid, break the sampling swab, and discard the sampling handle.

1.2.2 Turn the tube cover immediately, mark the relevant sample information on the storage tube label or paste the bar code label.
