Introduction of PAP Staining

The nucleus in the cell is composed of acidic substances, which has a strong affinity with alkaline dyes; Cell plasma, on the other hand, contains alkaline substances and acidic dyes with greater affinity. The staining solution uses this property to multicolor stain the cells, the cells can clearly display the structure of the cells after staining, the cytoplasm is transparent and bright, the various particles are clear, and the nuclear chromatin is very clear, so that it is easier to find abnormal cells. Pap staining can reflect the morphological changes of cells under inflammatory stimulation and after cancer, which is of great significance for the early detection and diagnosis of some lesions and tumors.
