Feline Coronavirus (FCoV) Antigen Test Card (Colloidal Gold Chromatography)

Intended Use

Feline Coronavirus can be divided into two types, one is the cat intestinal coronavirus that infects the intestine,

and the other type is the cat infectious peritonitis virus that causes infectious peritonitis in cats.
This reagent is used for the qualitative detection of fecal cat coronaviruses in cat feces.

Test Method

1. Open and remove the disposable cotton swab from the package and scrape the cat stool sample with the cotton swab head.
2. Tear open the seal of the lysis liquid aluminum foil, completely immerse the sampled cotton swab head in the lysate, rotate 5 times along the tube wall, squeeze the cotton swab head from the outside of the test tube, so that the sample is fully dissolved in the lysate.
3. Tear open the aluminum foil packaging bag of the test card, remove the test card, and place it on a flat and clean table.
4. Drop the diluted sample vertically into the corresponding dosing well and wait for the test result.
5. After 5-15 minutes at room temperature, the results are judged, and the results exceeding 20 minutes are invalid.
