【Intended Use】

Toxoplasma Gondii is an intracellular parasite, also known as trichoderma. Parasitism occurs in cells, flows with blood, reaches all parts of the body, destroys the brain, heart, and fundus, causing people's immunity to decline and suffering from various diseases

This reagent is used for the qualitative detection of Toxoplasma gondii in cat/dog feces.

Can be applied to cats and dogs.

【Components】

Disposable Swab, Test Card, Buffer, Instruction for Use

【Testing Method】

1. Open and remove the disposable cotton swab from the package and scrape the cat/dog stool sample with the swab head.
2. Tear off the seal of the buffer aluminum foil, completely immerse the sampled swab head into the buffer, rotate 5 times along the tube wall, squeeze the swab head from the outside of the test tube, so that the sample is fully dissolved in the buffer.
3. Tear open the aluminum foil bag of the test card, remove the test card and place it on a flat and clean countertop.
4. Drop the diluted sample vertically into the corresponding dosing well and wait for the test result.
5. Interpret result after 5-15 minutes of adding samples, results read 20 minutes later may be invalid.

Note: The above judgment time is performed at room temperature at 15-30 °C. If room temperature is lower than 15 °C, the judgment time should be appropriately extended.

【Result Interpretation】

1. Negative: In the detection window, only a purple-red line appears on the control line (C). Indicates that Toxoplasma gondii may not be exist in the sample.

2. Positive: In the detection window, a purple-red line appears at the same time at detection line (T) and control line (C). Indicates the existence of Toxoplasma gondii in the sample.

3. Invalid: In the detection window, control line (C) does not appear indicates that the result is invalid. It may not be done properly and retesting is recommended.
