Complete industrial extrusion system for manufacturing braided fishing line and fishing fly wire with diameter range of 0.08-4mm.
Main Equipment Components
- Extruder Unit: 80mm screw diameter, 0-80 rpm rotation speed, 30:1 L:D ratio, 38CrMoALA screw material with pressure automatic feedback system
- Cooling System: Integrated water tank for initial filament cooling
- Multi-Stage Stretching: Four seven-roller stretching units with hard chrome-plated rollers
- Heat Treatment: Three hot blast stretching ovens (4000mm and 5000mm lengths)
- Winding System: 24-spindle winder with 15KG winding motor capacity
