1. Introduction
ZTA-VE high-elastic anti-cracking additive is a new type of composite asphalt additive developed by Beijing Zhongtian Road Tech Co. Ltd. This additive combines the technical characteristics of high viscosity, high elasticity, wide temperature range, and warm mixing. The high temperature and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture reduces the difficulty of road construction, energy saving and environmental protection.

2. Advantages of ZTA-VE modified asphalt mixture.
ZTA-VE is a special additive for ultra-thin asphalt of 1.5 cm-2.5 cm, its dosage is 0.4% asphalt mixture, which enhances the viscosity of asphalt.
ZTA-VE high-elastic anti-cracking additives are directly added to the conventional asphalt mixture to improve the high and low temperature performance, crack resistance and fatigue resistance of asphalt mixture. Restores the road's anti-skid, noise reduction and comfortable driving in all aspects.
1. Good bonding performance. Significantly improve the bonding performance of the mixture to avoid flying particles.
2. Easy to use. The production and construction processes are very simple, directly modify the asphalt mixture without special paving equipment.
3. Convenient for small batch applications. It meets the preventive maintenance needs with a small amount of engineering.

It adopts multi-gravel type asphalt mixture with wide gradation range, strong adaptability, large structure depth, excellent anti-skid and noise reduction performance, and good material stability within a large oil-stone ratio range, and better construction tolerance conducive to production and construction control.
5. Warm mixing performance. The discharging temperature of the mixture should be above 160°C, and the ambient temperature can be well rolled at 5°C, which avoids the adverse effect of rapid cooling of the ultra-thin cover surface on compaction.
