ZTA Premix Bitumen is prepared by the formula developed by our company. This product can be mixed with ordinary stone to produce cold feed without other materials. The performance of the produced cold feed is much higher than that of similar products on the market.
The process of producing cold patch asphalt with ZTA Bitumen of Cold simple, and users can use various forced mixing equipment (mixing buildings, comprehensive maintenance vehicles, mortar mixers) to produce cold patch asphalt.

The Cold Mix Bitumen is heated to 50-60 degrees Celsius. The aggregate is determined to be heated according to the air temperature. The aggregate does not need to be heated if the ambient temperature is above 25 degrees Celsius. Otherwise, the aggregate is properly heated to about 60 degrees Celsius. Mixing temperature is 50-60 degrees Celsius and it can not exceed 60 degrees Celsius. The dosage of Cold Mix Bitumen is 4.3% of cold asphalt mixture weight.
