Enzyme treated or ‘pre digested’ fishmeals have become a well desired commodity within the aquafeed industry. This hydrolysate is spray dried to achieve a fine powder with a particle size of around 500µm and 80% solubility in water.
It is a high added value ingredient to provide bioavailable proteins for animal feed.
