Product Overview Of Sludge Dewatering Machine

Screw sludge dewatering machine, originating from the advanced technology of foreign countries, is introduced into China to realize localization. The automatic renewal filtration technology is cleverly used in the sludge dewatering machine to replace the traditional filter screen filtration. The self -renewal filtration technology ensures that dewatering machine can separate sludge from sewage water stably. It is a new solid-liquid separation equipment to extrude and dehydrate the sludge through the strong extrusion pressure caused by the change of screw diameter and pitch, as well as the small gap between the floating ring and the fixed ring.

 

Multi-Disk Screw Press(Hereinafter referred to as MDS) belongs to the screw press, its clog-free feature and can reduce the sedimentation tank and the sludge thickening tank, saving the investment costs of sewage treatment plant construction and water consumption. The main units of MDS are the Screw and Fixed Rings and Moving Rings. Mobilized by the screw, it continuously cleans the sludge out of the gaps, therefore, preventing clogging.

MDS also can operate automatically controlled by the PLC for 24 hours,unmanned. It's a new technology that can replace the traditional filter press like belt press and frame press, the screw speed is very low, so it costs low power and water consumption in contrast to the centrifuge, it is a cutting edge sludge dewatering machine.

Structure and Working Principle

The core part of the screw sludge dewatering machine is one or several groups of filter units composed of a screw drive shaft, multiple fixed laminations and multiple floating laminations. Each filter unit is divided into two parts: concentration section and dehydration section. From the sewage inlet of the concentration section to the mud cake outlet of the dewatering section, the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decreases, and the gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring gradually changes. small. There is a back pressure plate at the sludge outlet to adjust the pressure in the spiral cavity. The spiral sludge dewatering machine completes the thickening and squeezing and dewatering of the sludge in one cylinder, replacing the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration method with a unique and subtle filter body mode.

 

Working Process

1. Thickening: When the screw drive shaft rotates, the multiple solid and active laminations arranged on the periphery of the drive shaft move relative to each other. Under the action of gravity, water is filtered out of the relatively moving lamination gap to achieve rapid concentration.

 

2. Dewatering: The concentrated sludge moves forward with the rotation of the screw shaft; along the direction of the mud cake outlet, the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decreases, and the gap between the rings gradually decreases, and the volume of the spiral cavity Constantly shrinking; under the action of the back pressure plate at the outlet, the internal pressure gradually increases. Under the continuous continuous operation of the screw drive shaft, the water in the sludge is squeezed and discharged, and the solid content of the filter cake continues to increase, finally achieving sludge Continuous dehydration.

 

3. Self-cleaning: The rotation of the screw shaft pushes the moving ring to continuously rotate. The equipment relies on the movement between the fixed ring and the moving ring to achieve a continuous self-cleaning process, thereby cleverly avoiding the common blocking problem of traditional dehydrators.
