Structure and Principle
The main structure of the sludge thickener is that a lifting screw is installed in a fixed cylindrical wedge-shaped filter screen, and the speed of the screw can be adjusted by frequency;
Through gravity reuse, the sludge is separated from the mud and water through the gap of the filter screen,
At the same time, the solid material trapped on the filter screen is slowly lifted, squeezed and thickened by the lifting screw and sent to the sludge discharge port for discharge; the water content of the discharged thick sludge can be adjusted by adjusting the weir plate and the screw speed of the sludge discharge port.
The front section of the ROST-2 screw pressure sludge thickener is equipped with a flocculation reaction device with stirring function, which can homogenize the slurry sludge and flocculant liquid in the best form, and form stable sludge flocculation through flocculation reaction and conditioning.
Coagulation, and then gravity flow into the thickener for sludge thickening.
The concentrator filter grid will be automatically cleaned and cleaned according to the set program.
