General Description:
Single beam gantry crane is mainly composed of portal frame, namely main single beam, leg, bottom beam, lifting mechanism, walking mechanism, electrical control.It can be designed as two boom, one boom and no boom according toworking condiction.
The single girder gantry crane is used together with the electric wire rope hoist, which runs on the main beam. Generally, the lifting weight is 3-20t, the span is 7-30m, working class is A3 or A4,and the working temperature is -20-40 degrees.

Weight overload protection device, Top quality long time bearing polyurethane materials buffer, Crane traveling limit switch, Voltage lower protection function, Emergency stop system, current overload protection system and so on!

Surface Treatment
1) All steel bare surface are mechanically pretreated, chemically degreased.
2) Sandblasting treatment on steel is available on request.
3) Two pretreatment antirust primer layers to improve adhesion of the enamelled coating to metal.
4) Final Paint the color is depend on customer's.
5) Four coats is about 30 micrometers and they can prevent steel structure corrosion effectively.
