Information:
The double-girder overhead crane is composed of straight rail, crane main beam, lifting trolley, power transmission system and electrical control system, and is especially suitable for material transportation in the plane range with large suspension and large lifting capacity.
The double-girder bridge crane has strong bearing capacity, large span, good overall stability and many varieties, but its own quality is larger than that of the single-girder gantry crane with the same lifting capacity, and the cost is also higher. According to the structure of the main beam, it can be divided into two forms: box beam and truss. Generally, a box-shaped structure is used.
Mechanism Parts:
- Double girder, welding box beam, camber meet national standard;
- Adopt high quality carbon steel, Q235B or Q345B; (similar as Fe37 or Fe52);
- Main welding submerged are welded automaticly, nondestructive flaw detection
- The trolley is consisted with motor,reducer, brake, coupling, the wheel, drum
- No asbestos brake pad or brake block, insert the card installed,safe and reliable .
- The speed reducer has hard-toothed surface, compact structure, durable
- End girder is matched with rail buffer and rail clearance device.
- Crane protection grade is IP54 or IP44, F grade insulation
- Brake effectively, and long service life
