Customized synthetic piezoelectric single crystal quartz wafers specifically engineered for Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) applications. These high-precision wafers are available in diameters ranging from 3" to 8" with thickness options starting from 0.08mm.
Crystallographic Orientation
While sharing the same chemical composition (SiO2) as fused quartz and fused silica, crystal quartz differs significantly as a monocrystalline material with specific crystallographic orientations. Available in various cuts including X-Cut, Y-Cut, AT-Cut, and ST-Cut, depending on how the wafer is precisely cut from the larger crystal structure.
