UV grade synthetic fused silica wafers manufactured using Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) method with exceptionally low trace metal content. These wafers offer superior heat resistance and broad transmission range exceeding 85% at 185nm and over 90% from 200nm to 2000nm.
