Fe2O3-Doped LiTaO3 Wafer Overview
Fe2O3-doped congruent LiTaO3 wafers are manufactured using the Czochralski method for enhanced photorefractive applications. Research demonstrates that increasing Fe2O3 concentration improves lattice constants, resulting in superior photorefractive properties compared to undoped LiTaO3. Available in diameters from 3 inches to 6 inches.
