Technical Capabilities
We specialize in fabricating large, thin wafers and blanks conforming to SEMI standards. Available diameters include 3", 4", 6", 8", and 12" with precision polishing down to 0.1mm for 4" quartz wafers and 0.35mm for 12" wafers.
Our advanced equipment includes Corning Flatmaster 200 Profiler and laser marking systems, enabling us to provide detailed graphics of TTV, BOW, WARP measurements and apply permanent markings directly on wafer surfaces.
