We accommodate shipping through preferred carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We optimize packaging to minimize shipping costs and can also arrange freight using our established courier relationships.
Fragile wafers are packed with adequate cushioning in buffer-filled cartons. We provide detailed acceptance check procedures and offer replacements or refunds for any transit damage when proper inspection protocols are followed.
Factory inspections are welcome for large quantity purchases and long-term partnerships. We also conduct videoconferences for international buyers when in-person visits are not feasible.
