This 8-inch 0.5mm 128Y-cut Black Lithium Niobate Wafer is engineered for Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) device applications and Interdigital Transducer (IDT) use. Featuring exceptional surface quality with Ra roughness of 1nm, this wafer delivers superior performance in high-frequency applications.
The reduction technology used in production creates Black Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) with enhanced electrical charge neutralization capabilities, even under instantaneous electrical potential. The pyroelectric effect is nearly eliminated while maintaining identical piezoelectric properties to standard wafers, making black reduced lithium niobate wafers ideal for advanced SAW devices.

  • Take photographs before removing products from packaging
  • Open vacuum packages only in clean room environments when ready for application
  • If damage is found during courier, immediately photograph or video record without removing damaged products from packaging boxes
  • Contact us immediately for resolution
