Doped Lithium Niobate Wafers for Optical Applications
BonTek provides high-quality Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) wafers doped with 0.25mol% Er or 5mol% MgO for advanced optical applications. These crystals offer exceptional physical, chemical, and mechanical stability with high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance properties.
Key Material Properties
LiNbO3 crystals feature a high Curie temperature (Tc) with no phase transitions from room temperature to Curie temperature, ensuring stable performance and resistance to depolarization. Doping with various ions enables specialized applications including optical waveguide amplifiers, frequency doubling converters, and optical storage media.
Available Doping Options
We offer customized doping with Er:LN, MgO:LN, and Fe:LN formulations. Black reduced LN wafers are available in 3-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch diameters for all cut angles, with 128°Y and Z-cut options up to 8-inch diameter.
