Saliva Collection Kits are An all-in-one system for RNA. Saliva Collection Kits collect oral saliva samples through collection tubes and mix the collected saliva with a transport medium to ensure the integrity of DNA/RNA in saliva samples.

Saliva Collection Kits Prevent:

1. Do not eat, drink, smoke or chew gum for 30 minutes before the Saliva Collection Kits collect a saliva sample.

2. For most people, it takes 2-5 minutes to collect a saliva sample.

3. Before the Saliva Collection Kits collect saliva, relax your cheeks and gently massage your cheeks with your fingers for 15-30 seconds to allow saliva production.

4. Check that the exterior of the Saliva Collection Kits is intact and that the saliva storage tube is free of leaks. Important note: saliva preserves are not edible.

5. Saliva samples collected with Saliva Collection Kits can be stored stably for 12 months under normal temperature storage conditions, and high-quality high-molecular-weight DNA fragments can be separated during the storage period. Due to individual differences in samples, the specific shelf life of different samples will vary.

Saliva Collection Kits collection process:

Do not eat, drink, smoke or chew gum for 30 minutes before taking a saliva sample. Without removing the plastic wrap from the funnel lid, relax your cheeks and rub gently for 30 seconds to produce saliva, then spit.

1. Rinse the mouth of bacteria with drinking water for 30 minutes before collecting saliva.

2. Concentrate saliva by pressing the tip of the tongue against the base of the upper or lower jaw and gently spit the saliva into the collection funnel until the liquid saliva (without air bubbles) reaches the height of the 2ml mark.

3. Hold the saliva collection tube upright. Use the other hand to remove the red cap from the saliva preservation solution.

4. Slowly pour the saliva preservation solution into the mouth of the collection funnel, keep it upright, and let the saliva preservation solution flow into the collection tube completely.

5. Carefully remove the collection tube from the collection funnel while keeping the collection tube upright.

6. Tighten the collection tube with the small cap on the saliva storage tube.

7. Invert the collection tube 5 times to thoroughly mix the saliva and saliva stock. Discard the used collection funnel and saliva storage tube.
