一.Application principle of ultrasonic metal welding machine

 It is mainly composed of ultrasonic generator, transducer, mold, pneumatic parts, frame, etc. The working principle is that the transducer converts the ultrasonic frequency high-power oscillation signal into the mechanical energy of the corresponding frequency and applies it to the interface of the metal sheet to be welded, so that the joint of the metal sheet can generate heat instantaneously, and then start the particles in the metal lattice, so that the molecules at the joint of the metal sheet can penetrate each other and weld together.
