Equipment introduction

The single-station glove box is integrated with a single-column purification unit. Under standard conditions, a standard atmospheric pressure, a relative humidity of 65%, an inert gas source of 99.999%, and a water oxygen index of less than 1ppm.

① Closed circulation: The inert gas in the glove box is closed and circulated by the circulating fan and the purifier to continuously remove water and oxygen;
② The pressure of the box is automatically controlled by PLC, the working pressure can be set freely within +/- 10mbar, and the system will automatically protect it if it exceeds +/- 12mbar;
③ Automatic cleaning: The gas replacement in the glove box is completed by the automatically controlled cleaning valve;
