Our wet press process produces high-quality thin-walled items ranging from 0.6mm to 1.3mm thickness. The result resembles thermoformed plastic items but uses 100% virgin plant fiber materials including bagasse/sugarcane and bamboo.
Utilizing 'Dried-In-Mold' technology for incredibly smooth, rigid quality molded pulp trays with wall thickness from 0.6mm to 1.3mm. Ideal for tableware, high-quality consumer electronics, and cosmetic packaging.
Transfer molded (dry pressed) products feature one smooth side and one rough side, with typical wall thickness from 1.5mm to 3.0mm. Suitable for home appliances, electronics, hardware, wine shippers, coolers, egg cartons, fruit containers, cup carriers, and medical care applications.
Manufactured with secondary treatments including additional coating, printing, hot stamping, or additives for specialized applications.
