Manufactured using 'Dried-In-Mold' (Wet Pressing) technology for high quality thin-walled items with good dimensional accuracy and smooth, rigid surfaces. Wall thickness ranges from 0.6mm to 1.3mm. Ideal for tableware, premium consumer electronics packaging and cosmetic packages.
Products are formed then transferred under the sun or oven to dry (Dry Pressing). Features one side smooth surface and one rough side, with wall thickness from 1.5mm to 3.0mm. Typical examples include egg trays and industrial packaging.
