Manufactured using 'Dried-In-Mold' (wet pressing) technology for high-quality thin-walled items with excellent dimensional accuracy and smooth, rigid surfaces. Wall thickness ranges from 0.6mm to 1.3mm. Ideal for tableware, premium consumer electronics packaging, and cosmetic packaging.
Products are formed then dried under sun or oven (dry pressing). Features one moderately smooth side and one rough side, with wall thickness from 1.5mm to 3.0mm. Commonly used for egg trays and industrial packaging applications.
Manufactured with secondary treatments including additional coating, printing, hot stamping, or additives for specialized applications.
