Type 1: Thermoformed / Thin Walled
Wall thickness 0.6mm to 1.3mm. Dried-in-mold technology for high quality thin-walled items with dimensional accuracy and smooth, rigid surfaces. Ideal for tableware, premium electronics packaging, and cosmetic packaging.
Type 2: Transfer Molded
Wall thickness 1.5mm to 3.0mm. Dry pressing process with one smooth side and one rough side. Commonly used for egg trays and industrial packaging.
Type 3: Processed
Manufactured with secondary treatments including coating, printing, hot stamping, or additives.
