Our dry press molded pulp is manufactured using forming molds and transfer molds, followed by oven drying or natural wind drying and pressing. This process creates products with typical wall thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 3.0mm, featuring smooth surfaces on both sides through advanced technology.
Manufactured using 'Dried-In-Mold' (Wet Pressing) technology for high-quality thin-walled items with excellent dimensional accuracy and smooth, rigid surfaces. Wall thickness: 0.6mm to 1.3mm. Ideal for tableware, premium consumer electronics, and cosmetic packaging.
