The thermoformed process (also known as 'Wet Press') integrates forming and drying in a single mold, eliminating the need for oven curing. This advanced method produces high-quality items with excellent dimensional accuracy and smooth, rigid surfaces that resemble thermoformed plastic products.

Manufactured using 'Thermoformed' process for incredibly smooth, rigid quality molded pulp trays. Wall thickness ranges from 0.6mm to 1.3mm. Ideal for tableware, high-quality electronics packaging, and cosmetic packaging.
Transfer molded process involves forming then transferring under sun or oven to dry (Dry Pressing). Features one smooth side and one rough side with wall thickness from 1.5mm to 3.0mm. Typically used for egg trays and industrial packaging with lower mold and product costs.
Manufactured with secondary or specific treatment processes including additional coating, printing, hot stamping, or additives.
