The high speed weighing system transmits the weighing information of the weighing vehicle to the high-speed pre inspection workstation. After receiving the trigger signal, the intelligent license plate recognition system captures and generates the information of the inspected vehicle and transmits it to the high-speed pre inspection workstation. At the same time, the video monitoring system monitors the whole process of vehicle weighing and encodes the image into the station video monitoring system for storage. If the vehicle is out of gauge, the high-speed pre inspection workstation sends a control signal to the out of gauge information release and guidance system to indicate the out of gauge vehicle. Through the information release system, the road administration personnel can also timely understand the information of out of gauge vehicles and deal with the out of gauge vehicles.
