Excavator Vibro Hammer Working Principle
The vibrating pile driver uses its high-frequency vibration to vibrate the pile at high speed and transmits the vertical vibration generated by the machine to the pile, causing the soil structure around the pile to change due to vibration, and the strength is reduced, and the soil around the pile is liquefied. Thereby reducing the frictional resistance between the pile body and the ground, and then sinking it into the soil by vibratory piling and the weight of the pile body.
When pulling the pile, pull up the pile body under the condition of high-frequency vibration. If the soil is hard and sinking too slowly during vibration piling, the boom can be used to sink under pressure or raise the pile body by about 0.5-1.1 meters, and then restart the pile. For rapid flushing, the exciting force required by the piling machine should be comprehensively determined according to the soil layer, soil quality, moisture content, and the type and structure of the pile. Generally, the 100-400KN vibration method has a higher pile driving efficiency and is mainly suitable for U-shaped steel sheet piles. I-shaped steel sheet piles, Larsen piles, steel pipe piles, and cement prefabricated piles with a length of less than 10M are most suitable for sandy soil operations, and the operation effect is poor in clay soil. more powerful models.

Extension Boom
Pile Driver Extension Boom, Also Known as Vice Arm, is the Connection Boom between Pile Sheet Hammer and Excavator. We have two designs for Extension Boom. One is a Valve Located near to External Cover of the Excavator, Second Design is Improved, and the Control Center Built-in Extension Boom Would Make the Installation Easier. The Following Picture is Valve's Built-in Vice Arm.

Excavator Pile Sheet Hammer Operation Process
1. Hanging pile hammer
2. Check the surroundings and machine
3. Verticality the objects going to be pulled, then clamp it to move to the right position
4. Put down the pile driver and make it slowly push into the soil to a certain depth (if necessary, install the pile cap)
5. Check the pile position and axis
6. Move the pile driver to the next pile to continue the operation.
