• Solenoid valve structure: (coil, magnet, ejector)
  When the coil is connected to the current, the magnetism is generated, and the magnet attracts each other, and the magnet will pull the ejector rod. When the power is turned off, the magnet and the ejector rod are reset, so that the solenoid valve completes the work process
  
   

• Principle of pilot solenoid valve:

When the power is turned on, the electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole, the pressure in the upper chamber drops rapidly, and a pressure difference between upper and lower sides is formed around the closing element. The fluid pressure pushes the closing element to move upward, and the valve opens; when the power is turned off, the spring force closes the pilot hole. , the inlet pressure quickly forms a pressure difference around the valve closing member through the bypass hole, and the fluid pressure pushes the closing member to move down to close the valve.

Features: The upper limit of the fluid pressure range is high, which can be installed arbitrarily (need to be customized) but must meet the fluid pressure differential conditions.
