NYCSUL-501 Ultrasonic Level Meter Working Principle
The ultrasonic level gauge is installed on the top of the container. Under the control of the electronic unit, the probe sends a beam of ultrasonic pulse to the object to be measured. The sound wave is reflected by the object surface, and part of the reflected echo is received by the probe and converted into electrical signals. The level change is determined according to the time difference between the transmission of the ultrasonic wave and the re reception of the ultrasonic wave and the known sound speed. The microwave signal is processed by the electronic device, Finally, it is converted into electrical signals related to the material level.
