A: Order quantity per patch or per year.
B: Trade terms, such as FOB price or EXW price.
Normally,the quote will be offer in 3-8 hours. :)

For cnc parts,they are able to offer in 10-25 days.
It is 7-12 days for sample order.
And 15 days or 25 days for mass production.
Q3:What payment terms you accept?
In general,we accept T/T(bank transfer),L/C,paypal, western union, moneygram,escrow, cash etc.
If you have some other options, let’s talk case by case.
Q4:What solutions will be taken in case of quality issue?
If products you received with quality issue,please take a photo and let us know the defected quantities,we will check again and plan to reproduction for you if the responsibility at our side.
And we will do a quality complain report and notice to all of related departments.
Such as quality control team and production team.It would be effect to their performance appraisal.
