♦ Q:Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?A:Yes, we are a professional metal fabrication factory with an experienced engineering team making custom products according to clients' drawings. We use Solidwork, AutoCad, ProEngineer softwares.
♦ Q: How long is your lead time?A: It depends on the quantity and difficulty of products. Usually our turnover time is 6-8 days.
♦Q:How can i get a quotation from your company?
A:In order to quote you as son as possible please provide us the following information:
1) Detail drawings(CAD / PDF/ DWG/ IGS/ STEP)
2) Material
3) Quantity
4) Surface treatment
5) Any special packing or other requirements
♦Q: I have a sample but don't have drawing, what can I do?
A: Please send us some photos of the samples, we will evaluate. If we can produce it, we will ask samples from you and we will make drawing according to your samples.
♦Q: What guarantee do you offer?
A: Life-long technology support, and return policy due to the quality problem.

Shipment and package:
Product should be shipped once customer approved.
DHL, FedEx,UPS, TNT are suggested shipment carrier. Or you could quest your preffered one.
