BF2649 fuel filters  are designed with a main filter element and a safety filter element, which can efficiently filter the air entering the engine, promote full combustion of fuel, and ensure stable engine performance. It is also manufactured by a multi-station continuous mold, and a single component is completed at one time, with high dimensional accuracy and strong consistency.

Due to the dirt and dust sticking on the diesel filter element, once these foreign objects enter the filter element during replacement, it will cause damage to the diesel pump and injector. In order to prevent foreign matter from sticking to the filter element, the filter element cover should be used for protection. Pay attention to the reverse installation of the rubber seal. Reverse installation will make it difficult to install the filter tightly. Tightening with a filter wrench will cause deformation. Insufficient installation or deformation of the cylinder block will cause air and garbage in the fuel to enter, causing poor engine operation or damage to the fuel supply pump and injector.
