This intelligent packaging scale is specially designed for granular and irregular materials, utilizing pneumatic gate feeding or belt feeding with advanced stepless frequency conversion technology.
System Configuration
The complete packaging unit consists of four main components: automatic weighing packaging machine, conveying device, sewing device, and feeding machine. Engineered for optimal performance with rational structure, attractive appearance, user-friendly operation, and precise weighing accuracy.
Application Range
Ideal for quantitative packaging of granular materials, granular powder mixtures, strips, blocks, and various other materials including: fertilizer, feed, Chinese medicine pieces, premix, detergent powder, snack foods, sugar cubes, nuts, seeds, grains, salt, monosodium glutamate, and hardware components.
Operating Principle
The DCS-GF granules bagging machine requires manual bag loading. Operators place bags on the discharging port and activate the bag clamping switch. Upon receiving the bagging signal, the control system drives the cylinder to clamp the bag while simultaneously starting the feeding mechanism to transfer materials from the silo to the packaging scale. Using gravity feeding mode, the system automatically stops feeding when target weight is achieved, releases the bag onto the conveyor, transports it to the sewing machine for sealing, and outputs the finished package.
