Operational Workflow
The automated process begins with placing the bulk bag on the clamping mechanism and securing the four corners on the hook device. Upon pressing the start button, the clamping cylinder activates to press the bag mouth while opening the four corners. The controller automatically deducts bag weight before the feeding mechanism rapidly fills the bag with materials. Vibration devices compact materials while dust escapes with air displacement. When reaching set values, feeding slows and vibration stops, achieving precision within 0.5% accuracy. The system then releases the bag opening and corners for forklift removal.
