The system requires manual bag loading where operators place bags on the discharging port. Once the bag clamping switch is activated, the control system initiates the automated process:
- Bag gripper clamps the bag securely using pneumatic cylinders
- Gravity feeding mechanism delivers materials from silo to packaging scale
- Automatic weighing stops feeding when target weight is achieved
- Bag clamping releases automatically for conveyor transport
